Course Description
This Yoga Teaching including Wellbeing and Holistic Studies course is designed to equip you with the knowledge, confidence and skills you need to progress and pursue a career as a yoga teacher and a complementary therapist. You’ll get the chance to deepen your practice and broaden your skill set with complementary and holistic therapeutic approaches while building a firm grounding in anatomy and physiology. This course allows students to achieve the following qualifications:
- ITEC level 3 Diploma in Yoga Teaching (iSP3D30 603/4488/X)
- ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapy Treatments (iCT3D2 603/4090/3)
- Recognised for membership by Complementary Therapists Association (CTHA)and Yoga Therapy Ireland (YTI)
Duration: One Year Full-Time – September to May – Morning Classes

- Programming a Yoga Teaching Session
- Delivering a Yoga Teaching Session
- Anatomy and Physiology
- Reflexology
- Body Massage
- Aromatherapy for Complementary Therapies
- Business practice for Complementary Therapies
Course Features
- Guest Speakers and Holistic workshops delivered by industry experts
- Learners will deliver yoga classes inside and outside of college
- Work experience in a variety of settings

- Fully equipped complementary therapy rooms
- Large mirrored studio with a sprung floor
Employment Opportunities:
- Setting up a Yoga Teaching Business
- Setting up in private practice as a Reflexologist and Massage Therapist specialising in Aromatherapy
- Working in Spa and Leisure Centres and Alternative Therapy Clinics
