Course Description:
A beginner’s yoga class is a gentle introduction to the practice, focusing on foundational poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness.
Participants can expect a welcoming atmosphere. I will guide you through each pose with clear instructions and adjustments as needed. As the class progresses, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and balance at your own pace, with modifications provided to suit all.
The practice will finish off in Shavasana. I will guide you through a short yoga nidra meditation which is a technique that induces deep relaxation while maintaining full awareness, allowing the body to fully absorb the benefits of the practice
The benefits of a beginner’s yoga class include improved flexibility, strength, and balance, as well as stress relief and mental clarity.
NOTE: If anyone has an injury or mobility issues, we advise you to talk to the tutor in advance of enrolling for the course.

Tutor: Linda Kirwan
Linda is an experienced yoga instructor, holistic therapist & gardener. She has 5 years of expertise in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. She is also a qualified holistic therapist, practicing reflexology and massage for the past 20 years. Additionally, Linda has 20 years of experience as a gardener. Her love of nature, movement, flexibility, and strength, combined with her deep connection to the natural world, help keep her body and mind happy, healthy, and flexible. Linda brings this holistic approach to her beginner yoga classes, fostering wellness and balance for her students.
