Course Content: The qualification includes one mandatory unit covering:
Understanding what is meant by mental health
Awareness of the effects of mental health conditions
Supporting people with mental health conditions
Throughout the course, learners will gain a thorough understanding of mental health and wellbeing. They will explore various mental health conditions, factors affecting mental health, and the impact of mental health from individual, global, and workplace perspectives. Learners will also learn to recognize signs and symptoms of mental health conditions and become aware of available support options and how to access them.
