Course description
The ILM Unit Certificate in Solving Problems and Making Decisions covers the following areas:
1. Know how to describe a problem, its nature, scope and impact
2. Know how to gather and interpret information to solve a problem
3. Know how to solve a problem
4. Know how to plan the implementation and communication of decisions
Entry:
Entry is open.
Certification:
Participants receive the Griffin College Certificate in Solving Problems and Making Decisions.
Participants have the option to gain the additional Unit Certificate in Understanding Problems and Making Decisions from the ILM on successful completion of a written assignment and paying an additional fee to ILM.
ILM is part of the City and Guilds.
Duration and Times
The course runs over 1 day from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm with a break at lunchtime.
The course is delivered online in real time by the tutors.
