Course Description

The National Qualification in Functional Integrative Training course will give health fitness instructors and personal trainers a complete toolkit of innovative neuromuscular training movements that can be shared and taught within your group classes or in your 1-2-1 personal training sessions.

NTC have developed a unique CPD course for health fitness instructors and personal trainers wishing to gain advanced knowledge, expertise and skills in terms of developing physical activity interventions for advanced exercise prescriptions with a special focus on improving neuromuscular efficiency, strength and conditioning. With a unique focus on Full Body Kinetic Chain Movement (FBKC) and supported with cutting edge research, this course will provide the qualified health fitness instructor with advanced movement models utilizing a range of specialist small equipment including stability balls, Bosu’s and foam rollers.

The National Qualification in Functional Integrative Training is open to application from all professionals who hold a recognised, valid and current primary fitness instructor qualification which is accredited or mapped at EQF Level 3 or higher.

Not all primary fitness instructor qualifications meet the minimum standard required. If your primary fitness instructor qualification does not meet the requirements NTC will be unable to award a certificate for this programme even if you have completed it so if you are in any doubt whether your qualification meets the requirements please submit a copy of your primary fitness instructor qualification at least two weeks prior to the start date or contact the NTC prior to enrollment.
