Course Description
Course Aims, Length and Entry Aims for the ILM Unit Certificate – Leading and Motivating a Team Effectively:
The course is designed to help people to improve their team-building skills to ensure that each has the chance to contribute to achieving agreed goals.
Entry:
The Institute of Leadership and Management ILM operates an ‘Open Entry’ policy but prospective participants should be able to apply what they learn on the course in an organisational setting (need not be in a job).
Certification:
There are no examination with participants instead completing a written assignment which is assessed. On successful completion of the assignment participants receive their ‘Leading and Motivating a Team Effectively’ Unit Certificate from the ILM.
ILM is part of City and Guilds.
Duration and Times
The course runs over 1 day from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm with a break at lunchtime.
The course is delivered online in real time by the tutors.
