Course description
The ITEC Suspension Training course guides you through multi-functional, multi–directional and rotational movement patterns that most conventional weight training cannot target. The use of single limb training has the added benefit of transferring to sport and can reduce imbalances created in the body through normal weight lifting.
What really separates the Fitcert Suspension training course is the systematic program design and template structure. Students are offered six different training systems covering the rational on designing programmes which equips you to teach suspension training ensuring variety, progression and overload.
Qualifications Gained
ITEC Level 2 Award in Instructing Suspension Training
Entry Requirements:
It is recommended that learners have achieved the ITEC Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing or equivalent prior to commencing the the ITEC award in Strength and Conditioning sessions.
