ITEC Indoor Studio Cycling
Indoor Cycling (aka Spinning) has fast become one of the most popular and effective fitness classes out there, with it taking the world by storm.
This one day course will provide an understanding of the key concepts of indoor studio cycling, and provide all the necessary skills to teach a safe, effective and exciting class. The ITEC Indoor Studio Cycling award is an internationally recognised qualification, and not merely just a certificate of attendance.
ITEC is an internationally recognised high standard qualification which will not only enable you to gain employment in Ireland, but also abroad should you wish to travel.
Course Location: Olympia Gym Courtown, Ballinageeloge, Wexford, Y25 PX26
Course Date/Times: Saturday 9th Dec. 2023, 11am- 4pm
Fees: €195 (Please note fees must be paid in full in order to secure a place on this course)
Course runs subject to minimum numbers.
Please Note: Although it is recommended, a prior fitness qualification is not required to attend this course.
