This course is delivered online via our learning course player that includes videos, slide shows, PDFs, online quiz’s and more.

In addition to the online learning, students are required attend 3 in-house days prior to sitting the final practical and anatomy exams. The three in-house days (more if students feel they need extra) will cover practical sessions,  anatomy & exercise theory, case study preparation and exam preparation. These in-house attended learning days take place in Sprint College Gorey, Co. Wexford or Supreme Fitness, Carlow Town.

The internationally recognised Level 5(QQI / NQF)ITEC Diploma in Personal Training course also includes ITEC Fitness Instruction (Gym Instruction) and Nutrition.
