Mindfulness supports us to be present to ourselves in kindness and understanding in each and every moment. It helps us to deal more consciously and healthily with everyday stresses and with difficult life events. It can be a pathway to more respectful and peaceful living within ourselves, with our partners, our families and colleagues.

The class programme is practical and includes guided body scan meditation, mindful breathing, mindful movement and quiet reflection.
