Course Aims
The course is for anyone with an interest in property development, from individuals thinking about taking a small step on the property ladder, such as a house or flat to let out; to those with a bit more ambition who feel now is a good time to take a closer look at investing in property.

Course Duration and Entry
The course runs over 1 full day from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm with a break from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
The College operates an ‘Open Entry’ policy but prospective participants should be able to apply what they learn on the course in an organisational setting (need not be in a job).
Certification
There are no examination with participants instead completing a written assignment which is assessed. On successful completion of the assignment participants receive their Griffin College Certificate in Managing Property and Assets.
ENDORSEMENT BY ENGINEERS IRELAND
Members of Engineers Ireland can qualify for 1 CPD day.
