Rathmines College offer a one-year fulltime QQI Level 5 in Human Resource Administration. This course gives learners the opportunity to study Business modules such as Human Resource Management, as well as Applied Economics and Accounting Manual & Computerised. Professionals working in HR need appropriate up to date knowledge combined with business skills, which is why this programme places human resource at the heart of organisational management in a rapidly changing, ever more complex, and increasingly global marketplace.
