White Belt Council for Six Sigma Certificate

Welcome to Barony’s Six Sigma Institute of Cebu’s online training and certification system.

This training and certification course is accredited by the Council for Six Sigma Certification.

The programme uses an “easy to use”, outline-based format, and you are expected to complete each individual section.

WHEN CAN I START ?

As this is an online self-paced programme you can begin at any time that suits you, by watching the pre-recorded module videos and reading from the “Official Council for Six Sigma Certification Handbook”.

HOW DO I GAIN MY CERTIFICATE ?

There will be a 5-question quiz at the end of each module, plus a certification exam at the end of each section. You must score a minimum of 70% on each exam for certification. Our exams are timed and can only be retaken three times.

After the exams have been completed, a corresponding Six Sigma Certification will become eligible for download.

SIX SIGMA & LEAN SIX SIGMA WHITE BELT – COURSE STRUCTURE

The White Belt Certification course consists of three modules and takes about six hours to complete, and those who pass the 30-question exam, will receive their Six Sigma White Belt and Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certifications.

The 3 Modules are:

Module 1: WHAT IS SIX SIGMA?
Module 2: SIX SIGMA HISTORY AND APPLICATION
Module 3: OTHER PROCESS IMPROVEMENT AND QUALITY METHODS
