Course Description

At Sallynoggin College of Further Education, near Dun Laoghaire in Dublin we offer an Early Childhood Care & Education course, which equips learners with the practical skills necessary for employment in the childcare services sector. The National Curriculum Framework Aistear and the National Quality Framework Síolta are essential elements of the course. Learners will study a range of core subjects and specialisms enabling them to pursue their particular areas of interest.

Former learners have advanced to Childcare Management at Level here 6 in SCFE and to Degree Programmes in DIT, IT Blanchardstown and NUI Maynooth to study Early Childhood Teaching and Learning, Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Care.
