Course description
This one year ECCE course extends students knowledge in theoretical approaches and provides them with the skills needed to work as a room leader/supervisor in a childcare setting.
Graduates can progress to degree studies at third level or progress directly into employment in the childcare sector.

Entry Requirements
Applicants for this course must have successfully achieved a Level 5 award in Childcare or a related area.
Progression Options
Graduates may opt to go directly into the world of work or decide to progress to a third level degree course in Early Childhood Care and Education in a variety of Universities and Institutes of Technology.
