Course Content

CompTIA A+ 220-801 covers the fundamentals of computer technology, installation and configuration of PCs, laptops and related hardware, and basic networking. CompTIA A+ 220-802 covers the skills required to install and configure PC and Mobile operating systems, as well as configuring common features (e.g. network connectivity and email) for mobile operating systems Android and Apple iOS.

Entry Requirements / Prerequisites 

You must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows.

Assessment 

Once you successfully pass the programme, you will receive a Certificate in PC Support from CMIT.

You may optionally take exams to receive CompTIA certification. This is assessed through computer-based multiple choice exams (220-801 and 220-802). Exam fees are not included in the course price.

Accreditation 

Once you successfully complete the programme, you will receive a Certificate in PC Support from CMIT.

Following successful completion of the exams you will receive CompTIA certification.
