The CompTIA Cloud Essential certification is applicable to a wide range of IT professionals. The course is geared towards those currently in or looking for positions as IT consultants, IT technical services, IT relationship managers, IT architects, consultants and business process owners analysts.

Topics includes: Characteristics of cloud services from a business perspective. Business value of cloud computing. Technical perspective/cloud types. Steps to successful adoption. Impact and changes on IT service management. Risks and consequences.

Course 2 EXIN Cloud Computing Foundations

EXIN’s Cloud Computing Foundation is not just a technical cloud course but instead focuses on the business and management side as well. The course also examines the auditing and service response within cloud computing as well the delegation of IT responsibilities within an environment focused on cloud technology.

This course covers how cloud technology deals with a variety of different areas, including; Hardware, Software, Processes, OS and Application Licenses, People, Power and Backups.

Course 3 CCSK (Cloud Computing Security Knowledge)

The Cloud Computing Security Knowledge course provides students with thorough coverage of cloud security fundamentals and prepares them to take the Cloud Security Alliance CCSK certification exam.

The course begins with a detailed description of cloud computing and then expands into all major s such as; Governance and Risk Management, the Cloud Architectural Framework and Business Continuity/Disaster.

Assessment

Once you successfully pass the programme, you will receive a Certificate in Advanced Cloud Computing from CMIT.

You may optionally take an online exam to receive CompTIA, EXIN and CCSK certification. This is assessed through a computer-based multiple choice exam. Exam fees are not included in the course price.
