The CIPD level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management is an 11 month part time professional HR qualification designed for those with a keen interest in HR, people management, employee relations and employment law.
Designed to ensure that you can achieve a rewarding career in a middle to senior role in the people profession. This qualification builds on the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice and is aimed at future expanding your ability to evolve into senior roles within organisations as people professionals.
Accreditation: The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development ( CIPD ) is a global professional body for all those involved in the management and development of people. CIPD qualifications and course are internationally recognised and are seen as a fundamental requirement for professionals in the people profession. Many organisations now view the CIPD programmes as an “ International HR Passport “
Qualification: The CIPD Associate Diploma in People Management (ADPP ) is regulated and recognised by Ofqual (England) to level 5, which is broadly equivalent to level 7 in the Republic of Ireland.
