Course description
IT skills are not just for IT people and geeky types. Many middle and senior executives may feel lost when more junior people are talking about spreadsheets, email, databases and CRM, for example.
Being able to get the IT skills you need at your own pace and at times which suit you is ideal for many managers, supervisors and business owners. From basic introduction to computers to more advanced training for those who would like to get formal certification, executives find their confidence in using computers grows with our relaxed, no-jargon approach.
After a couple of short sessions at times that suit your busy workload you will be surprised how much you can learn.
Important IT skills for executives include:
Sending and receiving email
Searching the Web and using the Internet
Basic word processing – letter and memo.
Short PowerPoint presentations
