Course description
This advanced Level 6 Certificate in Culinary Arts provides students with an increased level of knowledge, skills and competence to work in a professional kitchen. Each student will have the chance to gain valuable insight into the industry through their work experience which they complete throughout the course.
This course is timetabled over three days to accommodate chefs working in the industry.

QQI Level 6 Certificate in Professional Cookery – 6M2099.
Entry Requirements
Applicants for this course must have successfully achieved a Level 5 award in Professional Cookery or equivalent, or have relevant Culinary experience
Progression Options
Graduates may find employment in a wide range of businesses and organisations involved in the food and beverage industry.
Alternatively, graduates may choose to progress to Level 7 and 8 degree courses in Universities and Institutes of Technology nationwide
