The Sanctuary run many evening courses and workshops on meditation and mindfulness – Art of Being Still, Finding Stillness through Meditation, Finding Sanctuary and Cultivating Mindfulness. Sanctuary also run yoga classes and Qi Gong whose focus would also be on meditation. Design your garden and organic gardening evening courses are held here too.
A number of creative workshops are held on Saturdays including: Drumming, Creative writing and journaling as a Meditative practice, Healing Herbs, Heal your life, Learning to relax, Dances of universal peace, Power of now, Body Mind Meditation and Finding Sanctuary.
