Festina Lente is a learning provider which caters for those whose education needs have not been met by other means. The organisation provides learning, occupational and employment services for these people and also offers a range of public services and facilities on their Bray campus. An equestrian centre and riding school offers riding lessons, camps and facilitated learning programmes. There is also a lovely restored Victorian walled garden and garden centre.

The organisation also runs a service called Saol Anois. This service is funded by the HSE and supports the needs of adults with intellectual disabilities. People who use this service have access to a range of developmental and leisure opportunities.
Festina Lente also hosts the Wonder Paws dog training and agility school. This school trains puppys and dogs with profits redirected to the Festina Lente charity.
